An additional method to change the desktop wallpaper in Windows is to open up the Personalize choice on the desktop (called Quality in Windows XP). To do this, do the following:.
Right-click on the desktop and choose Personalize. (Or in the Windows 10 food selection, go to Setups > Personalization > History.).
In Windows 8/7/Vista through Control board's Personalization applet, and in Windows XP using the Present Control board applet.
Under the History dropdown, choose Picture.
You can opt to use a pre-loaded image from Microsoft or choose Browse to discover a different photo on your disk drive.
You can also decide if you desire the photo to fit, stretch, or fill up the display, or even for it to be tiled, centered, or spanned across multiple screens.
Some variations of Windows have extra choices here, like immediately altering the desktop wallpaper after so-many seconds, which comes in helpful if you do not intend to clear up with just one background.
